Chinnagama2 unloading!! GBP, Pondicherry

The firing was 54 hours. We used mostly cashurina wood and some jungle wood. The ash deposit and the variation on the ware is fantastic. : )

The result, the way it looked in the kiln!!

 Job of cleaning the pots now!!
 The works have not reached their final state, some soaking, sanding, grinding to be done before calling it complete and ready for a show.

Chinnagama 2, GBP, Pondicherry

Couple of months have been exciting. I made work towards this firing. In the so called winter at Pondicherry. Which is on the warm side pleasant - It was a great loading, and firing.
Waiting to unload in the coming days. Until then some pictures of the fire!! chinnagama 2.
