My first sunday in Ubud

Started with a plate of fruits that my land lady brought for me!! oh!! A great surprize + what hospitality.  I really like the place I am living at. It has a room, attached bath and in the balcony is a ledge as a kitchen and dining!! So I get a beautiful view while i sit on the table. Paradise. : ))

I decided to walk to the centre of the toen of Ubud. 

Nature is beautiful everywhere. Its about how much of it do you let remain around you. That you can/may enjoy. 

I decided to trek and that opened another aspect of this place.

Gado gado - indonesian vegetable dish tossed in indonesian sause with rice and prawn (papadam) krupuk.

Oh it was delicious!

my gas kiln build

I am building a 28 inch cube kiln with a sprung arch. Intended to be fired with gas. Choose bricks over fiber wool. 

 

 And am off to Bali, will continue after i get back. : )

Setting up my studio

On the last day of Jack Troys workshop I received two kick wheels that i had ordered for five months earlier. Setting up my studio started rolling!! Set up my wheels.... and organising all the things from before to make it an efficient working space. : )
